We know that many families, parents, children, staff (past & present), volunteers, organisations and others who knew Anti Debbie have been in contact with us to pass on messages to Anti Debbie’s family and ask how you might help support Cwtch, the children and Anti Debbie’s family at this time. Cwtch are organising the following and everyone is welcome to participate.

Cards and Messages

These can be left with a member of staff at Cwtch. If you would like to send an electronic message, please send to: pentrebaen@cwtchchildcare.co.uk

We will arrange for them to be passed onto Anti Debbie’s family.

Flowers & Gifts 

Cwtch organised for flowers to be sent to Anti Debbie to enjoy last week. At this time we would like to fundraise as much as possible and we politely ask for donations towards our raffle or GoFundMe page instead of flowers. 

Open Evening to Remember Anti Debbie 

Cwtch will organise an open evening at the setting for anyone who knew Anti Debbie, past and present which will include one of Anti Debbie’s favourite drinks – a cuppa. We will also provide some light refreshments. A date is to be confirmed.

We would like to fundraise in memory of Anti Debbie. to support the family, and the causes they and Debbie hold near to their hearts.

Christmas Raffle 

We are holding a raffle and all proceeds will be added to the fundraising total. We would be grateful for donations of:
– unopen toiletries
– unopened boxes of biscuits, chocolates, selection boxes, sweets 
– unopened alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks 
– gift vouchers or tickets (e.g., cinema, bowling tickets)
– perfume, aftershaves 
– candles, wax melts, etc.  
– anything else you think should be in a raffle! 

We would really appreciate any donation that can be offered. If a raffle is not something that you participate in, we are also collecting monetary donations through GoFundMe, handed in at Cwtch or via bank transfer. (Details below)

We plan to sell raffle tickets from next week and draw the winners on Thursday 22nd December. Raffle tickets are sold at £1 per strip. We will hand tickets out to families at Cwtch, however if you wish to purchase any direct, they are available from a member of staff at Cwtch.

Photos & Memory Sharing

If anyone would like to share photos or memories of Anti Debbie, you are welcome to send them to us. We will put all photographs and memories we receive into a photograph album for Anti Debbie’s family.

There is also a memory book that everyone is welcome to contribute to at Cwtch 

Funeral arrangements

Many of you have asked about the arrangements of the funeral. As you can appreciate at this time, Anti Debbie’s family are coming to terms with their loss and will communicate any arrangements for us to share with you shortly.
