At Cwtch Childcare we believe that investing in our team is an investment in your child. All our staff are recruited through a robust recruitment process and are trained to ensure they meet our high standards of providing quality childcare. Cwtch Childcare prides itself on achieving the best. We also want to ensure that we provide quality assurance to our team, our parents and most importantly to the children that use our childcare services.
Our team are committed and passionate about providing an exceptional childcare experience of play and learning at our nurseries – giving many ‘cwtches’ along the way. We are proud of our team and their mixed talents which allows our team to be diverse and creative in so many ways.
All our team have a Continuous Professional Development plan which is designed to support and encourage them to be the best that they can be through regular training, peer support and learning experiences.
All the team are DBS checked, child protection trained, and hold first aid and food hygiene certificates. All staff have the relevant qualifications in childcare development*. Welsh fluent speakers are based at our Welsh setting however, all staff and settings are encouraged to develop their Welsh Language skills.
